Mais uma mensagem por parte dos administradores do Método Dinheiro para tentar encobrir a burla BetOnBet e tentar demonstar aos membros não afectados que estão a ter muito trabalho na recuperação de fundos dos membros que apagaram os topicos e baniram do forum!

Para todos os que falam e não sabem do que falam seguem 3 emails:

OddsMatrix cannot ensure that customers will get their funds, since BetonBet was not running on an OddsMatrix license.

In the BetonBet case, we only provided them a software service. They had their sports betting license in Curacao.

We do not hold players funds unfortunately, in which we though do on other skins that are operated and licensed by OddsMatrix. If an operator is running on our sports betting license, we have very strict rules when it comes to player funds. So if Betonbet had been running on our license, I could have helped you 100%. In this case I am sorry, that I can be of no more help.

Firstly, may I say how sorry I am to hear your plight with Betonbet closing.

Primarily, Betbrain had no commercial/affiliate contracts with Betonbet and we cannot help you with retrieving your balance.

Please understand that Microgaming’s activities are limited to providing software and poker network services. In keeping with the practises of other service providers, whether software or otherwise, Microgaming does not manage the business activities of its operators. Microgaming does not have any right to see the financial records or accounts of its operators.

Microgaming does not (and is not permitted to) hold player funds. We recommend that you lodge a claim directly with the liquidator as and when information becomes available. Microgaming will be taking this course of action, as should all creditors.
